GLOBALG.A.P. (Global Good Agriculture Practice) is a non-profit organisation whose aim is to guarantee the traceability and food safety of farmed fish products. GLOBALG.A.P. also manages a certification programme for the production of fish feed and fishmeal.

Fish farms with a GLOBALG.A.P. certificate are taking a step in the right direction towards sustainability. A number of fish species receive a better rating on the VISwijzer if they are GLOBALG.A.P. certified, such as sea bream and Atlantic salmon.
