Restaurant programme


Apart from the more than 500 good fish restaurants that are part of our horecaprogramme, there are a few chefs that deserve a special place in our programme. These chefs are our ambassadors, and for years on end they have put in efforts that contribute to a more sustainable fisheries sector. By spreading their passion and knowledge, they also have a big impact in creating awareness for consumers, collagues and policy makers. As a result, the next 6 chefs earned a spot as ambassador in our horeca programme.
